We hope your experience was informative and positive.  The seminar was the most comprehensive regional discussion in Los Angeles County with representatives from local cities, community based organizations, chambers of commerce, State Senators, Assemblymembers, and representatives from the Administration.

To unpack this and other questions, Angeles Emeralds is producing “6 since 64”, a free seminar specifically designed for local elected officials, regulators, public safety officers, and their staff.

6-Months Since 64 will seek answers to the many complex questions associated with regulating cannabis from the unique perspectives of the State of California, Los Angeles County, and local cities within Los Angeles County.

Attendees will obtain a greater understanding of both the challenges and successes of cannabis regulation at each level of government while getting a better sense of anticipated revenues and costs associated with enforcement. Panels will also delve into the impacts of cannabis on the three levels of government and what it means for public health and public safety now and in the future.
