That State of Cannabis with Congressman Dana Rohrabacher
The State of Cannabis' organizer Susan Sores, showed great support for Cannabis advocacy in donating Angeles Emeralds a table at the Long Beach event. We are very grateful for the opportunity to educate so many people on the current state of regulations in LA County.
Amongst them was Congressman Dana Rohrabacher whom we got to speak with and learn more about the challenges he faces in protecting the industry against federal enforcement. We are grateful for his support and strong beliefs in states' rights, introducing an amendment into legislation which prohibits the Federal Justice Department from spending funds to interfere with the implementation of state medical cannabis laws
Takes a lot of spokes in this wheel to make the industry move forward.
