La Puente Community Outreach

On Friday July 14th, Angeles Emeralds members and our friends at Leafly met up at Firestation in La Puente to clean up the streets and donate back to school supplies.

Teams spread throughout the neighborhood picking up trash, filling up three abandoned shopping carts we found along the way, and introducing ourselves to the neighboring businesses and community.

We brought school supplies to donate to families, and as you can see the community came out to participate.

We are very proud to be a part of the community and look forward to continuing our efforts to give back and make our neighborhoods safer and better for all.
